Ichi-ban Boshi Japanese Noodle Shop, Sydney (9 March 2009)

Level 2, Galeries Victoria Building
500 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000

I'm no expert on ramens but I know this is a very popular lunch and dinner spot for many regulars who seem to love the place. I guess it's pretty cheap and has many variations available of the japanese ramen soup to try.

Other places visited for ramen:
Menya Noodle Bar (11 Sept 2009)
Ramen Kan (16 April 2009)
Ramen Kan (15 April 2009)
Ton Ton Japanese (26 March 2009)

Edamame: Salted green soy beans $3.80

Gyoza: A nouveau version of the traditional wok-fried dumpling with pork and cabbage $6.50

Tofu Ramen: Tofu & vegetables on a miso-based noodle soup $10.90

Tokyo Ramen: The most popular style of ramen, it has pork and egg in a soy flavoured soup $9.30

I love Ichi-ban Boshi, i always get the gyoza or karaage as a topping but served on the side because it works out cheaper, LOL :)
