With thawed out frozen prawns leftover from lunch and needing to consumed within the next 12 hours (so says the package) I decided to whip up an improvised light dinner using a can of bamboo shoots and left over bean sprouts and lettuce. I'm all prawned out now for a while!
Prawn San Choy Bow cooked with hoison sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chopped onion, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and topped with sesame seeds, Chef Leong :-)
