Edible Fashion: Spaghetti Bikini inspired by Grandma (9 July 2012)

Someone's backyard in Sydney

Oodles of fashionable noodles

Even before Westfield Sydney showcased their fashionable Edible Fashion Collection a small creative team in Sydney produced their own edible fashion garment inspired by possibly an alcohol fueled night at Grandma's Bar. Take one willing participant, a few cans of spaghetti and a steady hand and you too might have yourself a spaghetti bikini for next summer. Kids, don't try this at home without adult supervision.

Model: Brooke Hutchison (yoga instructor)
Stylist: Dominique Hindmarsh (artist)
Photography: David Tickle (architect)
Inspiration: Grandma's bar spag+cheese jaffles
Food of choice: Heinz spaghetti

SNAPSHOT REVIEW:
PROS: Let your imagination go wild, Anyone can do it, Possibly still edible after wearing
CONS: Can get a bit messy and you need to find a willing model, Not the most practical outfit but fine for those just lying around
MUST TRY: Finding more great examples of edible fashion

I love this, but I am gluten intolerant. Can you suggest some gluten friendly alternatives?
