Coffee at The Burrows

Their pop up on Castlereagh St in the CBD has now closed and moved on to a more permanent location on George St. Housed in the same building structure as Dutch Smuggler makes quality coffee offerings plentiful within a small area. Cappuccino ($3.50) using apparently India Papakachi coffee beans was interesting and good. No menus visible for options and pricing just friendly service and a focus on just coffee at this stage although some pastry options would be nice. Love the surrounding space and architecture of ‘The Burrows’ precinct. During the later time of the day the tables and seats are highly exposed to the sun so umbrella shades would probably be of benefit for the limited seating.

Coffee Pop Up in CBD

Its been ages since I've posted something on my blog due to family commitments and lack of time but I'm hoping a new direction in posting smaller posts might help simplify the process for me and get me back to some creative longer form writing. Otherwise my main focus is still the Simon Food Favourites Instagram.

Today I spotted Edition Coffee Roasters at the Gioconda location. According to their instagram they have a pop up going on here for a few months.

I'll definitely have to check them out as they're very well known in Darlinghurst for good coffee.
