Today Iron Chef Wu took me out for a birthday lunch and we enjoyed these huge fresh yummy salads and a slice of ricotta cake which was so moist and delicious. One of my favourite things is being taken out to be feed :-)
Poached free-range chicken breast with avocado, cucumber, beetroot, beans and Dutch carrots, slow roasted tomato, ricotta, basil pesto, and herb mayonnaise, $12.50
The vegetarian delight: Sautéed green beans, Dutch carrots, lentils, char-grilled zucchini, eggplant and asparagus, topped with herbed ricotta, beetroot relish and a light balsamic dressing, $11.50

Ricotta cake is one of my faves atm:) The salads look tasty - great value too, for such heaped plates.
