Today Iron Chef Wu took me out for a birthday lunch and we enjoyed these huge fresh yummy salads and a slice of ricotta cake which was so moist and delicious. One of my favourite things is being taken out to be feed :-)

Ricotta cake is one of my faves atm:) The salads look tasty - great value too, for such heaped plates.
