Cheap and cheerful
I love how you can order half size servings of the dumplings and spring pancakes here. That way you can try more things if your on your own or just with one other person. I enjoyed the steamed meat buns today which I think are more flavoursome and better value than the more expensive Din Tai Fung dumplings across the road in World Square. Five tasty juicy dumplings for $4.50 and free chinese tea — you can't really beat that!

It's a great idea to get half serves - trying more dishes is definitely the way to go. I like the look of the spring pancakes with such varied juicy filling!
I like the look of the spring pancakes too. It looks like they used the peking duck pancake.
oh, those pancakes look so good! the half serve option is excellent. must try this place soon! thanks.
Thanks for this! I've walked past so many times crossing over to Din Tai Fung and then turning away disappointed because of the crowds queuing outside the door. Should be good for a quick siew long pao fix on a rainy day.
hi arwen, i always like trying as many thing as possible so sharing amongst friends is great.
hi rilsta, not sure if its peking duck, i think it might be just chicken.
hi betty, hope you get to try soon.
hi chinnie, i guess there's a reason why it gets crowded but it's all about timing. so go early or late and you should get in quicker. hope you enjoy :-)
