Advertised as 'Thin, Light and Crispy' on the package — these Australian Made delights certainly are! I haven't really tried many brands of vanilla crostoli but this one is amazingly light, flaky and melts-in-your-mouth and so 'evil' because they are so yummy you simply can't stop at one — for me anyway. These will be my favourites until a better one comes along. Great for that morning or afternoon sugar hit with your coffee.

Vanilla Crostoli, bought for about $6 from cafe opposite McDonalds in Martin Place but I'm sure they are available everywhere.
SIMON FAVOURITE :-)

I've never tried vanilla crostilo before but 'Thin, Light and Crispy' sound right up my alley! Looks like a great naughty snack :)
