Small batch coffee roasters
This tiny espresso shop can easily be overlooked when driving past King Street. The coffee and tea menu is more extensive than the limited eats menu of jaffles and croissants. Barista was friendly and serendipitously running into specialist coffee hunter James Fridley of @bitterbliss was an educational delight. My Cappuccino ($3.50) using Graceland blend was very nice and loved the coffee art too. Complimentary SodaStream sparkling water is available when sitting in at one of the 5 stools available. It's great to finally discover this place exists for a coffee fix.

Patisserie life above Brewtown
New spot to get your sugar hit temptations. Venture upstairs above Brewtown to find Drury Lane. Lots of yummy looking treats. I chose the prettiest one and then realised I'd forgotten my wallet ahhhh so thanks to the Stephen from Brewtown for the kind freebie. Vanilla Slice ($7 gifted) had layers of yum. Sugar hit sorted. I learnt quickly its best to just pick up and eat this one rather than try and cut through with the takeaway fork or knife as the top layers will just squash down and make a mess of your treat. It's not a classic vanilla slice but the flavours work well together. Drury Lane is set up as more a takeaway although there is some seating upstairs for customers to enjoy their treats if they're wanting to dine in.
