Whenever I'm in need of some quality organic food which is dairy free, additive free, preservative free, animal free and free from genetic modification then I head to Iku Wholefood. I always feel I've done my body a good service when I eat their salads and the rice ball is a great snack on it's own if your not too hungry.

The Royal Botanic Gardens is a great lunchtime spot, especially combined with sunny weather and flowers in bloom. If you want to smell the roses the Rose Garden is where you want to be or venture down to the harbour water and give your body some time out from the stress of work.

1/2 Nori Roll, Rice Ball and salad pack $9.50

Rice ball

Mixed salads with dressing. I love the fresh vegetables and beetroot slaw the most.

Sitting on the grass to have your lunch is so much better than sitting at your desk to give your weary eyes a rest

The rose garden in the Royal Botanic Gardens is a peaceful spot for lunch to smell the roses

Chifley Tower (middle) is just across the road from the Royal Botanic Gardens
