Cappuccino ($4) uses Campos Coffee and done quite well although not quite the standard Campos latte art I usually see around town. Babyccino ($2) comes in a foam cup which makes it safer if dropped. Miss 1 year old actually accidentally knocked it over amongst her wriggling around in the high chair which made a large mess on the floor. This is usually the main reason why an all froth babyccino is preferred over an all milk in case this happens. Free range scrambled eggs with grilled herbed tomatoes and toast ($12) is a generous size for the price. Really enjoyed the scrambled eggs and tomatoes were roasted well. If you love the cakes at Little Jean in Double Bay then you'll be happy to know pastry chef @jasonhillierleggatt is now working his magic at Europan. Mixed Fruit Tart ($5.50 takeaway) was very good with nice thin pastry and lots of fruit making it a new Simon Favourite. Service was good and friendly and the cafe had a nice local vibe. I noticed its the same owner as Mordeo in the city so I'm hoping some of these cakes and pastries will hopefully make their way over there as well.
