Better than expected
I'm always wanting to try a bit of everything when I'm dining out (is that greedy?) so a tasting plate is a great way to share a meal while at the same time getting to try everything being ordered. I was quite impressed with the tasting plate on offer because it all seemed cooked to order and ended up being $13.50 each which I think is quite reasonable for a dinner meal. The lamb fillet was tender as hoped as well as the salt and pepper squid. It was a little disappointing that 2 of the 4 dishes were fish — I thought it would have been nicer to have something different on offer to show some diversity, perhaps one of them could have been chicken. Nevertheless I'd probably have again if I was in need of a simple meal in the area.
