Say Japanese Cheesecake
New place opening soon with what sounds like a very interesting product. I have no idea what to expect but I do know I'm curious to try it. Has anyone tried Japanese Cheesecake? I noticed they're advertising for a baker with 'Strong Responsivitity' — is that being responsive to being sensitive? ;-)

Big fans of Japanese Cheesecake, especially if it's from Hokkaido. We will be munching this for sure.
