Hidden Ramen Spot

I've been to the Bondi Junction shop a few years ago but this was during pre food blog days so I'm glad to be visiting this popular hidden gem with camera today. The first task was finding the entrance and sadly I failed and walked up the next door stairwell instead of the dodgy lift entrance. Once arriving you put your name down on a waiting list or seated by the attentive and friendly service staff if seats available. Outside views are limited along the wall edged seating and I noticed most of the customers would have been Japanese which for me is a good sign. I enjoyed my Tonkotsu Ramen today and look forward to trying many of the other dishes.
