I've had this cake in the back of my mind for many months after reading in the SMH Good Living about salt being used with chocolate to enhance the flavour. The Chocolate and Caramel Tart ($5) is definitely for the chocolate lovers. It's smooth tasting and rich on the palate. A very hard one to share as it starts to melt once cut and because it's so yummy. Another one for the SIMON FAVOURITE :-) list for you to try if your a quality chocolate fan.
