Extensive range of champagnes
After an informative Chai Making Class at Coffee Garam I was fortunate enough to learn from Champagne Jayne about a great little, or not so little as the case may be, wine shop on the way home which stocks an extensive variety of champagnes, wines and boutique beers by the bottle. Another great wine shop to add to my list alongside Ultimo Wine Centre which will come in handy when looking for something a bit more special than what you'd find in your usual franchised liquor shop. The Waithopai Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough NZ ($16.95) was on special so I picked up one of these — I'm a fan of most Marlborough Sauvigonon Blanc's because they tend to be quite consistently quaffable. Jayne recommended the Les Ligeriens Rosé D'Anjou France ($17.95) which ended up being very enjoyable and seemed to have a good balance of flavours — I'd happily purchase this one again. I was very impressed with the range of boutique beers available like White Rabbit, Pigs Fly and Murray's including European ones like Leffe and Duvel and even Fuller's from London. There's even a chilled section of vodkas — how cool, exciting and scary is that.
SNAPSHOT REVIEW:
PROS: Extensive range of better than average champagnes and wines, Boutique beers by the bottle, Some reasonable prices to be had, Vodka available pre chilled
CONS: Limited street parking, You might not find your Passion Pop, Some things might be more expensive so shop around
MUST TRY: Some of the boutique beers and get my taste buds to travel the world

SIMON FAVOURITE :-)
One stop shop for quality wines
Champagnes a plenty — although I didn't spot any of the more commercial brands like Moët, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon and Bollinger, which might be a good thing.

No shirt, No shoes, No service! — I wonder if this is true?
