Smoked Salmon Spaghettini (27 july 2009)

Simple & Tasty Meal

Here's a simple meal which Chef Loz cooked for me which only has 4 ingredients of smoked salmon, crème fraîche, spaghettini and dill plus add a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Was very yummy and quick to make. The smoked salmon cooks a bit as well when you mix it with the hot pasta and crème fraîche.

So what's the most simple and tasty meal you've cooked?

I do variations of this sometimes. Agree that it's simple & tasty. I do things like toss in some baby spinach which then wilts a bit. Great photos.

So quick and easy. Love making simple pasta dishes on those tired nights so I'll be definitely putting this together soon ;)

Pasta is soooo easy, here's one of my favourites:
Saffron angel's hair pasta with mixed mushrooms

I cannot agree more this is the best and simplest dinner. A+ since it's also home-cooked!

Hi aptronym, the baby spinach sounds like a great and simple idea, I'm always keen to add some greens in somewhere.

Hi Mr Taste, It's probably one of the simplest and quickest dishes to do besides cooking toast :-)

Hi YaYa, love the saffron pasta with mixed mushrooms recipe, I want to try it now

Hi Anh, let me know of any other simple and quick dishes you know too – more time eating and less time cooking I say.
