Collagen Cardiac Arrest

I'm on a bit of a ramen search of Sydney this year — laksa was last year — and after reading Chocolatesuze's review of this place I was tempted to check it out the next day. Since then I've also noticed reviews by Here Comes The Food and The Sydney Tarts. If your after really thick gravy like ramen then this is your place although it's just a bit too thick for my liking. I could feel my arteries clogging up as I ate it. I ordered the Tonkotsu Noodle with egg but preferred the slightly lighter broth of the Makato Style Noodle. The gyozas were really good though for me. Service can be slow because they really take time to prepare the broth and noodles for you. After finishing I was in desperate need of something icy and sweet to wash down the collagen coating in my mouth so checked out LNC Dessert House to try their Ice Kacang.

Where's do you get your favourite ramen?

Other places visited for ramen:
Ramen Kan (16 April 2009)
Ramen Kan (15 April 2009)
Ton Ton Japanese (26 March 2009)

Tonkotsu Noodle with egg $10

Makato Style Noodle $8.50

Gyoza dumplings $5

Leftover broth — there was no way I could finish it, too rich for me.

Welcome to the Chronic Club! You have to eat it over and over until you can finish all the tonkotsu broth. I'm a total chronic tragic, Some days it's more chronic than others. Would advise not ordering anything else or impossible to finish it all
