Thanh Binh is one of my favourite Vietnamese Restaurants in Sydney because they make some of my favourite dishes like the Green Papaya Salad, Fresh and Fried Spring Rolls and Vietnamese Pancake so well.

yum i looooove green papaya salad and those sesame rice crackers are such a great crunchy contrast.
hi helen, it's definately one of the best green papaya salads i've found because they seem to be the only ones to use the black sesame rice crackers.

Thanh Binh is one of my faves too! And their Vegetarian Banh Xeo (crispy pancake filled with bean-shoots and tofu) plus the Green Papaya salad are two must-haves when dining there.
