Sometimes the simple things in life are often the best and this seems to apply to the No. 1 sandwich at Hole In The Wall for me. Everytime I've looked at this option on the menu I've always thought it would be boring but with the decent amount of avocado you get and quality ingredients on a toasted Turkish bread it's a comforting winner on my tastebuds.

No. 1 Ham, Avocado, Dijon Mustard, Fresh Tomato, Cheese & Lettuce on Turkish bread toasted $8.90

A relaxing courtyard on the grounds of the Sydney Hospital is a great spot opposite Hole In The Wall to eat your sandwich where you don't get hassled by those pesky Australian White Ibises.
