Hole In The Wall: Tempeh Burger, Sydney (4 May 2009)

The tempeh burger has been a long time favourite on mine due to the fact it has so much salad along with tasty humos and salsa. I always feel twice as healthy after eating one of these but watch out for the drip factor. The heated tempeh patty tends to make humus go a little runny combined with the beetroot juice and if your not careful you'll be wearing a few extra stains after your lunch. The freshly squeezed juice was truly freshly squeezed which definitely increased my Vitamin C intake today.

Tempeh Burger: Warmed flat roll with Humus, Salsa (Savion) full salad & Tempeh patty on toasted Turkish bread $8.90
SIMON FAVOURITE :-)

Freshly squeezed orange juice $3.90 (small)

Tempeh hey? Looks like some great filling choices. I almost wish I worked in the city! ;)
