It's been 26 days since my last visit to Phamish and there's only one thing on my mind — Duck and Prawn Pancakes. Although tonight I somehow confused myself and ordered the Chicken and Prawn Pancakes instead which is just as good and $2 cheaper. This dish would have to be one of my favourite dinner-for-one meals around Sydney — it's light, fresh and tasty. Another one of my favourite dinner-for-one meals is the Nasi Rames from the Java Indonesian Restaurant in Randwick.

Sounds flavoursome with the fresh herbs. I wonder why they wrap the pancake in rice paper?
Hehe 26 days you say? *pictures your calendar full of foodie visits*
Hi Arwen, I think it's to hold it all together so it becomes a spring roll in effect to dip into the sauce.
Hi Lorraine, I'd go every day for these pancakes you know. You'll have to try them if you haven't had a chance already.
They look fabulous! Also quite big - definitely enough to fill me up lol
