Love the roasted macadamias
The beautiful looking Rose Macaroon catches my eye at Bacco today with it's rose petal perched so elegantly on top. It's a little messy when trying to slice up to share but the fresh raspberries are plentiful and juicy. There's a hint of rose flavour but it's more subtle than expected. I ate a little bit of the rose petal but I'm sure it's just for decoration. The decadent looking Brownie topped with three roasted macadamia nuts also looks richly promising for a chocolate hit. I love the roasted macadamias — their taste is so yummy and I wish there were more pieces throughout the smooth tasting chocolate brownie.

I'll have one of each thanks!! They both look soooo good, Macadamia's in chocolate brownie would be fantastic :)
The rose macaroon looks really similar to Pierre Herme's Ispahan.
hi anita, hopefully some would have more macadamia's in the chocolate. that would be super.
hi lena, very well spotted. i believe your right.
Ooh that rose macaron sure looks impressive. I love the use of fresh raspberries too - always a winner in my books once raspberry is involved. You must be single handedly keeping this place afloat!
