Delicious Cannoli
My favourite ricotta cannoli has been from Pasticceria Tamborrino in Five Dock but today the version at Bacco also becomes a favourite. It's quite large, has a light yet crunchy pastry and is filled with a not too sweet ricotta filling with tiny bits of chocolate and candied fruit peel throughout which add a bit of citrus flavour for the taste buds. I'll probably have to revisit A&P Sulfaro in Haberfield to try their cannoli to compare as mentioned in the SMH Good Living.

ricotta cannoli is my favourite too! unfortunately i don't work down chifley plaza end of the city and can't get to these!
