Best Fruit Tart in Sydney

When I saw this little beauty staring back at me in the display I knew I'd struck gold. I'm always on the look out for a really good fruit tart and this one tops my list so far. There's five different fresh fruits piled into this small tart which is quite an achievement while still looking very elegant. The delicious pastry and custard base combo is the same as the raspberry tart and strawberry tart.
